And it occurred to me what suffering is.
When you overbend your desire, thus have too much of it, – you suffer since your failed to resist or went for more than needed
When you have it just enough you suffer because you want more, but you are aware of overbending and suffer because you still desire it.
When you did not have it yet you suffer from the expectation of having it.
And the resistance of having is also suffering.

The way out is to maneuver and bounce off it .What do you bounce to, or towards?
